Pretty Much a Ferris Bueller Kind of Thing
Unraveling . . . On Paper

Sometimes Life . . .

just gets so far off track that it's hard to get back on the track.  Y'know?

Even when things go off the rails for all the right reasons, sometimes it's a struggle to find that equilibrium again.  (At least . . . it is for me.)

But I've been here before.  Feeling off-kilter and way out of balance.  And I know just what to do!

Move my body.
Get outside.
Create something.

I'm back to my five-daily-requirements for a balanced life -- and I'll be back on track before you know it.

It is easy to get off track and not so easy to get back on. I hope you find your center soon! XO (but that Dogwood!)

I always need a little alone time after a vacation, I think you probably do, too. You'll be back to yourself in no time!

Your recipe for getting back on the rails makes all kinds of sense. I am going to join you!

I hope you find your balance soon! That's a great plan... I usually do my best 1 & 2 while I'm doing 3, 4 and/or 5!! :)

Makes sense to me and I'm sure you will be back on track in no time. Beautiful shot of the Dogwood!

I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time! ...and I'm looking forward to seeing what that fifth thing results in :-)

Reads like a win-win plan to me! I love dogwood and ours were barely here before the winds and cold blew them away!

I like the look of your five daily requirements. Sometimes just getting back to ordinary days is so wonderful. I hope you are there soon.

Balance is hard to achieve and even harder to maintain, but that steadiness and good distribution of all things is worth pursuing, especially with your five daily requirements.

When I am not in my routine, and can't find the space for quiet time, it can take a complete reboot to get my head back on straight. May peace and calm soon be yours!
