Some Things Just Work Out
09/16/2011
I never intended this to be a Project Spectrum . . . project.
I cast on for this tank top in May (that was Project Spectrum RED month).
And after a strong start in early June (that was Project Spectrum GREEN month), it languished throughout July (Project Spectrum BLUE) and August (Project Spectrum PINK) . . .
only to make it to "finished" status in September*. Which happens to be Project Spectrum YELLOW month.
Some things just work out.
Ravelry details here.
* Of course. . . it's too cold to wear it now. But there's always next year.
Such a darling top and so perfect for a warm time of year. You're ahead of the game for next summer. It's darling and the color is excellent! T'was meant to be.

Oh, very cute!! I love it. You might squeak in a day's wear in the next week or so... I think we'll be warming up again for a few days. I turned my furnace on last night, though, so...

Cute top! That did time out well... We've got one day of 80 in the forecast next week. Be ready! You might get to wear it yet. :D

It looks wonderful on you! Of course, everything does and I try not to hate you for that. Great job on this and perfect timing, too.

It was meant to be :-) You could wear it under a cardigan if we don't get any more weather warm enough for sleeveless.

So pretty! Yellow is my favorite color, and so few yellow yarns are pretty, but that one is!
