Shining Through
The Freedom to Read

Day by Day

"My formula for living is quite simple.  I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night.  In between, I occupy myself as best I can."  --- Cary Grant

This week, Carole asks us about the Ten Things We Do Every Day; those things that fill our time - day by day - between the getting up and the going to bed.  Here's what I do:

  1. Grab a cup of coffee
  2. Charge my phone
  3. Survey the garden
  4. Update my to-do list
  5. Call my Mom; text my kids
  6. Walk Jenny
  7. Eat dinner with Tom
  8. Do a little reading; a little knitting
  9. Sip a glass of wine
  10. Floss

How about you?

Wow, very to the point!

I wish I could remember to floss every day. My dentist wishes I would, too!

Great quote to start with! And I applaud you for flossing, my dental hygienist would be so proud of you!

Bravo on the flossing! I do it *almost* every day!

We do many of the same things, no surprise.

Hi Kym - love what makes the world go round! ;-)

The fact that you floss daily impresses me too.

Both you and Carole mentioned dental things - I'm sure my dentist wishes I would do more than brush...

And, of course, we knit...

great quotation to start the post! ...and I wish I flossed everyday!

Switch out the coffee for diet coke and the wine for chai tea and we are an awful lot alike! :D Well....except for the flossing. I was just scolded by my dental hygenist about that... Oops!

Yup, got some overlap with you on the list. Go, you, with the flossing!
