Lady Gaga is always great for working out. I'm not familiar with many of your songs but I'll be checking them out. I do find I need to rotate the music frequently so the more I have on my list the better off I am!

You had me worried. Now I know why you get the earworms you do. So, you'll be dragging me all over our mountains and I won't be able to keep up!

Old school stuff is what really gets me moving. 80's and 90's dance grooves. The kickboxing and cardio classes that I do use a mixture of older and newer stuff. But always a good beat to keep you motivated and moving.
